Cancellation policy is 2 days for 100% refund prior to departure.
No shows will not be refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does weather affect my tour?

tours will proceed in rain and mild inclement weather.  Refunds will be given if a complete washout or due to unsafe conditions,  lightning, high winds, rough water.  Cruisin’ Keuka will do our best to ensure all customers will receive a satisfactory charter, for example if waiting out a t-storm we could extend your cruise or provide a pro-rated refund.

What do I do the day of my charter?

Make sure to arrive at pick up location 15 minutes early and be ready to board vessel. Once all passengers are boarded the captain will go over rules and safety procedures. 

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable shoes, a beach towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, change of clothes, food and beverages- it’s important to stay hydrated!

Is music available?

Yes!  A wireless connection can be made to a high quality stereo system to play your own music or Captain Jim can play whatever you like.  

Is there a bathroom on the vessel?

Yes, a port-a-john is available.

Is there a place to change?

Yes, a private area on vessel is available to change clothes.

Do I need to sign a charter agreeement?

Yes, a charter agreement is required by marine insurance companies for boat charters.  All adult passengers/guardians will be required to sign and initial the charter agreement which will be provided prior to departure.  

Are water-sports available?
No, due to marine insurance policies.  
However,  swimming and jumping in the water is encouraged!
